FAQs
How to use Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)?
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) allows you to connect to and control a remote computer over a network connection. Simply use the credentials provided after purchase to log in via the Windows Remote Desktop app or any RDP client.
RDP vs. VPS: What’s the difference?
An RDP account gives you remote access to a shared or dedicated Windows desktop, while a VPS gives you a fully isolated virtual server with root access to configure as needed.
What is RDP?
RDP stands for Remote Desktop Protocol, a technology that lets you remotely access and control a computer as if you were sitting in front of it.
How to buy cheap RDP?
Browse our RDP and server plans, pick the configuration that fits your needs, and complete checkout. Our cheapest RDP plan starts at just $5.99/month.
How can I purchase an RDP?
Choose a plan from our RDP, VPS, or Dedicated Server lineup, complete payment via your preferred method, and your login credentials will be delivered instantly after checkout.
How long does the process take?
Most orders are provisioned instantly after payment confirmation. Some custom configurations may take a few hours.
What is included with a Shared RDP / Admin RDP plan?
Every RDP plan ships with a 100% clean, dedicated IP and full admin access, even on shared servers you never share your IP with another user. Plans run on Windows Server 2019 with a control panel you manage from your customer portal.
How much does an RDP plan cost?
Our cheapest RDP plan starts at $5.99/month with an NVMe SSD and a 1 Gbit connection. Higher tiers add more cores, RAM, and dedicated GPU power for rendering, streaming, and encoding.
Will my RDP server be overloaded with other users?
No. We deliberately cap the number of users allowed on each shared server so performance stays consistent, we don't oversell capacity.
Can I use RDP for GPU-heavy work like rendering or streaming?
Yes. Our GPU, rendering, and streaming RDP tiers run on NVMe SSD storage with a dedicated GPU, tuned for low-latency performance.
Does my RDP plan come with software pre-installed?
Many of our Shared RDP servers ship with commonly requested software pre-installed, check your plan details or contact support for the exact list on your chosen tier.
How do I connect to my RDP server after purchase?
Use the credentials sent to you after checkout to log in through the Windows Remote Desktop app or any RDP client. Your connection details and control panel link are in your customer portal.
What's the difference between a VPS and an RDP plan?
A VPS gives you a fully isolated virtual private server with full root/admin access and dedicated resources that are never shared with another user. An RDP account gives you remote-desktop access to a Windows machine that may be shared. If you need total control over the environment, VPS is the better fit.
Do I get root or admin access on my VPS?
Yes, every VPS ships with full root admin access, so you can install software, change configuration, and manage the server however you need.
What operating system does my VPS run?
Our VPS plans run Windows Server 2019 by default, and can be reinstalled with other supported operating systems through your customer portal.
Is there a setup fee for a VPS?
No. There are no setup fees, and private VPS plans activate instantly after payment confirmation.
Which control panel does my VPS come with?
You can choose the control panel that works best for you, DirectAdmin, cPanel, or Plesk are all available, each giving you a graphical interface to manage your server.
Where are your VPS servers located?
We currently offer VPS locations in Dallas, Texas (USA) and Europe, pick whichever is closer to your users for the best latency.

Transaction and setup fees are non-refundable, and a few categories (Dedicated Servers after provisioning, Private/Admin RDP servers, Residential Plans, and USA/Admin Access plans) are excluded from refunds entirely. See our Refund Policy for the full list of exclusions.
How long does a refund take to process?
Approved refunds typically take 3–4 business days to appear back on your original payment method.
Are there any fees deducted from a refund?
Yes. Our payment processor, FastSpring, deducts its transaction commission (around 2.5% plus a small fixed fee) from any refund issued via PayPal or card.
What happens if I open a PayPal dispute instead of contacting support?
